How do I return an item?

What is your 30 days return’s policy?

We offer a 30day, no-quibble return or replacement policy, because we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase.
If you’re unhappy in any way with your purchase, you can return it for a refund, replacement or credit.
We will refund in full your return postage cost only on faulty/incorrectly received items as long as you send it using Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery.


Non-faulty items returned after 30 days and/or not in their original, undamaged packaging can only be exchanged for store credit less 20% off the items purchase price
If you return an item that doesn’t adhere to our returns procedure or doesn’t include a returns form, you may be liable for a £10 administration fee

What do I need to know before I return an item?

You must send the goods back to us via Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery.
Refunds on faulty items returned are reimbursed within 5 working days.

Can I return just one item from a multiple purchase?

How do I return genuine faulty goods?

If your item is faulty, you need to follow the returns policy, where you’ll be able to state that it’s faulty.
The product will then arrive at our warehouse for testing so we can allocate further faulty items and help our quality controll.

On some occasions we might ask you to dispose of the item in a proper responsible manner which you can do at most electrical goods retailers or your local recycling depot.

What if my purchase is older then 30 days?

You can still exchange your item for a different product or for credit to use on the website.

If you have a 2 or a 5year extended warranty and want to return a faulty item, you just need to follow our standard returns process set out at the top of the page in simple steps.
